Your experience matters. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and you might feel lonely or alone. How much of a difference would it make to have someone really listen and help you sort things out so you don’t have to go through it alone…all in the safety of a confidential, non-judgmental environment?

I will listen to understand. As you tell me what you want me to know, I will link things together and identify patterns in your life you may have not recognized. I am able to build rapport quickly and I will be actively engaged offering insight, perspective, support and humor, when it’s appropriate. Our relationship is the foundation of your therapy and we can work toward your goals together.
